Are you a teacher, educator, parent, or someone else interested in assistive technology? Now there’s an app for that.

The University of Iowa College of Education’s Iowa Center for Assistive Technology (ICATER) has made its daily assistive technology tips and weekly assistive technology app reviews available in one handy place: an application for the iPad called the ICATER Toolkit.

The app is free and accessible at iTunes.

ICATER's new iPad app makes daily assistive technology tips and weekly app reviews available in one handy place.

The app also helps users link to ICATER’s website and Twitter feed and gives an option for requesting that ICATER leaders review a particular app. Reviews are presented as short webinars.

ICATER is a state and national leader in assistive technology education, helping educators, parents, students, and others, find technological solutions to barriers to learning and working.
